China Association of Trade in Services
The China Association of Trade in Services (CATIS) is a national industry association devoted to the study of, and engagement with, the services sector, digital technology, the digital economy and related trade. It was established in 2007 with the approval of the State Council of the People's Republic of China and was set up under the auspices of the Ministry of Commerce. It is committed to advancing the transition from "Made in China" to "Served in China", and it undertakes industry self-regulation, international coordination and business promotion. The secretariat of the China Cross-Border E-Commerce 50 Forum, established with the support of the Counsellors' Office of the State Council, is housed within the Association.
